I ordered from hetdus.com because the product page made it seem like this item had specific features and was a lot better quality than it actually is. Once it showed up, it felt like I got something different from what was advertised.

The photos and description were misleading, and if the listing had been more honest, I would not have bought it. Trying to deal with the disappointment made me feel like I was practically begging for the product I thought I paid for, which just left me feeling resentful. Really unhappy with the whole thing, 1 star.

I reached out to hetdus.com because I was having an issue, and I was hoping they’d point me in the right direction. The replies came back, but they were short and didn’t really address what I was actually asking.

After going back and forth a few times, I was still basically in the same spot. It kind of felt like the conversation was being wrapped up before the problem was, which was frustrating.

I ordered one item and ended up getting something completely different. I double-checked my order to make sure I hadn’t messed it up, and everything was correct on my end. Mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get what you actually ordered. not worth the hassle

I thought swapping for a different size would be straightforward, but it’s turned into more of a hassle than I expected. I’m still waiting for the exchange to go through, and it’s been a bit frustrating just not knowing when I’ll actually get the right size.

I swear I felt like I was waiting a lifetime just to get a reply from support. It took days before anyone got back to me, and while they did eventually answer, the whole thing was so frustrating. I was checking constantly and getting more annoyed by the minute.

I don’t know, I just don’t feel totally safe using it. Something about it feels a bit off to me, so I’m not super comfortable with it tbh

Tried hetdus.com once, didn’t leave feeling great about it. Just didn’t give me much confidence overall. Will probably spend my money somewhere else next time.

I tried to check out, but the payment options were limited (at least for what I normally use). Since my usual payment method wasn’t available, I ended up just backing out and leaving it.

My first reaction was that the site just looked off. The colors felt kind of random, the layout seemed cluttered, and a few pages were harder to read than they should be. On my phone it was even worse, with stuff not lining up properly. I know design is subjective, but I pretty much made up my mind quickly, it felt cheap and confusing to me.

Trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions werent very clear, and it took forever to get an actual helpful reply. I kept having to check back and ask what I was supposed to do next. For something as simple as a return, it felt like they made it weirdly difficult. Not ordering from hetdus.com again, tbh.

The prices weren’t really clear to me, or maybe I should say they didn’t feel clear while I was browsing. By the time I got to checkout, the total seemed different from what I expected, which was annoying

I ordered a dress from Hetdus the color was nothing like the pictures. It was supposed to be this soft beige shade, but what showed up looked more yellowish-grey. I’m disappointed because I bought it specifically for an event, and now I can’t really wear it.

I kept having to check it myself, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really helpful. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I probably won’t order from them again.

I ordered from Hetdus the product was okay overall. It looked close to the pictures, so at least I didn’t feel misled or anything, which is mainly why I decided to give it a try in the first place.

The quality feels average to me. It’s not terrible, and I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is, but some parts do feel a little cheap. Maybe I’m being picky, but if I’m paying for something, I think it’s fair to expect it to hold up with regular use.

For the price, it’s fine, but I did expect the finish to be a little nicer. I don’t totally regret buying it, because it does the job, but I’d probably only order again if there was a discount or some kind of deal.

It just made me second-guess whether I’d feel comfortable using the site. Maybe the reviews are fine and I’m being too cautious, but I’d feel a lot better seeing feedback that sounds more natural and clearly comes from real experiences.

The refund took way longer than I expected. It eventually came through, but the wait was frustrating.

I’d say it mostly matched what I thought I was getting from the photos, but not perfectly. The color looked a little different in person, and the material seemed slightly nicer online than it does in real life. That said, it wasn’t way off or anything, so I still kept it. I just expected the pictures to be a bit more accurate and clear.

I’m tired of dealing with the same issue over and over. This didn’t even last a full week before it broke. Frustrating.
